How to Buy?
You can add products to and delete them from the shopping cart before placing the order. The price of products and the total cost of the order are visible in the shopping cart. To place an order you need to select the products to be added to the cart, confirm the order and pay.
Transport
In Estonia, you will receive the goods within 5 working days at the latest. In most cases, we post the package on the same day and you receive it the next day or the day after. We use different logistics partners for transporting the goods, depending on the order. If there is an additional transport fee, it is brought to your attention when you make the purchase.
Guarantee and Returns
All our products comply with the guarantees and returns procedures provided for in the legislation of the Republic of Estonia. You have the right to return the goods purchased via our e-shop within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receiving the goods. The goods you want to return may not be used or damaged and the packaging may not have been opened. pell.bio guarantees that the client receives his or her money within 3 (three) calendar days from the moment we receive the returned goods.
Products with opened packaging cannot be returned.
pell.bio guarantees the confidentiality of the website users’ personal data and will not sell, transmit or mediate the users’ personal and contact data to third parties, except in the case of special agreements (e.g. disclosing the names of campaign winners etc).
pell.bio reserves the right to change and improve the terms of use without prior notification.
