Use after a meal. Let the isolate absorb under the tongue without swallowing. An increase in appetite may occur as a side effect.<\/p>\n The 30% medium extract can be used several times a day. When using for the first time, do not exceed 3-4 drops or sprays per day until you get a feel for the immediate calming effect of the product.
